INVESTMENT CRITERIA
DN Partners seeks investment candidates,
privately or publicly held, in a wide range of industry categories.
The following is a general description of our criteria.

Manufacturing, distribution, and business
service companies

An existing strong management team with a
demonstrated ability to operate the company, and an interest in
investing in the transaction

Established revenues of at least $10 million
for platform companies, with potential for internal growth and/or growth
through acquisition or consolidation. Strategic add-on investments for our existing portfolio
companies can be smaller

Historically profitable businesses with
stable and predictable cash flow and earnings before interest,
taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of at least $2
million
-
Companies whose operations are
predominantly in the Midwestern states of
Minnesota,
Ohio,
Iowa,
Wisconsin,
Michigan, Indiana,
Illinois, and Missouri
-
We make equity investments in transactions
that generally require equity of $3-15 million
-
We will consider under performing
businesses if a clear turnaround strategy is outlined
